許展瑞 (Rays) 身為知名創作團體「這群人」的核心成員，展瑞近年更跨足音樂與戲劇，展現不斷突破的熱情。而在鏡頭之外，他的水瓶座特質，是以細膩的理性思維為經，以溫暖的體貼玩心為緯，交織出獨特的務實風格。 當這樣一個靈魂需要一個家，設計的任務，便是為他策劃一座充滿友善、趣味與無限可能的生活場域。
Rays 厝：
一聲親切的入厝邀請 案名取自台語「入厝」的親切諧音，彷彿展瑞親自發出的一聲熱情招呼，歡迎所有朋友與夥伴「來 Rays 的厝坐坐」。這個充滿號召力的名稱，完美呼應了他友善的形象，也定義了整個空間溫暖、開放的核心精神。
客廳與辦公區：
靈感激盪的開放場域 客廳與辦公區以開放式設計相連，構築出一個流暢無阻的創意場域。這裡不僅是舒適的會客區，更是團隊腦力激盪的基地，讓工作如閒聊般自在融洽。一旁的軌道燈系統，則體現了展瑞的理性思維：平時提供照明，需要時能一秒切換為簡易攝影棚，讓靈感得以高效產出。這是對「多工」概念最務實的空間詮釋。
多功能客房：
團隊的能量補給站 深知團隊合作的重要性，展瑞特意規劃了一間多功能客房。這裡不僅是招待摯友的溫馨角落，更是工作夥伴在腦力激蕩後，得以舒適留宿的充電站。這份體貼周到的心意，讓家超越了私人居所的界線，成為一個充滿支持與溫情的共享基地。
臥室：
理性與純真交會的寧靜港灣 主臥室以淺色調與溫潤木質，營造出極致放鬆的氛圍，是展瑞卸下光環後，回歸自我的私密港灣。面對「需要大衣櫥，卻不希望造成空間壓迫感」的務實需求，設計給出了充滿巧思的解答：電控調光玻璃。衣櫥門片在需要時可一鍵霧化，維持視覺的整潔俐落；挑選衣物時又能變回清透，一目了然。這個充滿科技感的巧思，完美結合了隱私與便利，打造出一個屬於他、既理性又純真的療癒角落。
材質與色彩：
溫潤基底下的理性佈局 整體空間以白橡木紋理搭配實木，在淺灰與米白的油漆色系中，塑造出和諧溫潤的基底。公共空間的門片多採隱藏式設計，以維持視覺的簡潔開闊；而通往私領域的門則採無框設計，在動線上巧妙劃分公私場域，體現了設計的理性與細膩。
結論：
「來 Rays 厝啦！」 這座「Rays 厝」，是他個性的完美轉譯。從獨處的靜謐，到團隊的共創，再到朋友的歡聚，每個角落都反映了他對生活的細膩思考與溫暖款待。
這裡不僅是一個居所，更是一座讓他安放自我、激發創意、連結情感的「生活實驗室」。

Welcome to Rays’ Cuò (pronounced “tsuo”)
The Client:
Hsu Chan-Jui (Rays) As a core member of the acclaimed creative collective “TGOP,” Rays is known for his dynamic, boundary-pushing passion. Yet beyond the camera, his Aquarian temperament reveals a deeper story: one that intertwines meticulous rationality with a warm, playful spirit. The design challenge was clear: to create a home that could fully embrace this duality—a space that is both a high-efficiency creative hub and a welcoming sanctuary for friends and collaborators.
A Name with a Warm Welcome
The project's title, "Welcome to Rays' Cuò!", carries a heartfelt, bilingual pun. "Cuò" (厝) is the Taiwanese word for 'home,' creating a literal invitation to "Rays' Home." Phonetically, it also playfully echoes the Taiwanese phrase for a housewarming party (入厝, rù cuò), perfectly capturing the spirit of the open-door hospitality that defines the entire space.
Living Room and Office:
An Open Domain for Inspiration The living room and office flow seamlessly in an open-plan layout, crafting an unobstructed creative domain. This space functions both as a cozy reception area and a collaborative hub where team brainstorming feels as casual as friendly conversation. A flexible track-lighting system embodies Rays’ analytical mindset: by day it offers general illumination, and at a moment’s notice it can transform into a simple studio setup—ensuring ideas are captured with maximum efficiency. Here, the concept of multitasking finds its most pragmatic spatial expression.
Multipurpose Guest Room:
A Recharge Station for the Team Mindful of the power of collaboration, Rays designed a versatile guest room that doubles as a warm retreat for close friends and a restful recharge station for colleagues after long creative sessions. This considerate touch elevates the home beyond a private dwelling, making it a shared sanctuary of support and camaraderie.
Bedroom:
Where Rationality Meets Innocence The master bedroom, bathed in pale hues and enriched with warm wood tones, offers the ultimate relaxation haven—Rays’ private refuge where he sheds his public persona. To solve the practical challenge of integrating a large wardrobe without adding visual bulk, the design introduces an elegant solution: motorized switchable glass. With the touch of a button, the closet doors can turn opaque for a clean, uncluttered look, then switch back to transparent for easy outfit selection—a seamless blend of privacy and convenience in a soothing, tech-infused retreat.
Materials and Colors:
A Harmonious Foundation The entire home is grounded in white oak grain and solid wood, set against a palette of soft gray and off-white paints. In communal areas, hidden door panels preserve a streamlined, spacious aesthetic, while frameless doors leading to private quarters subtly delineate public and personal zones—an elegant testament to both rational planning and nuanced design.
Conclusion:
“Come On Over to Rays' Place!” Rays’ Place is the perfect translation of his personality into spatial form. From moments of solitary calm to dynamic team collaborations and friendly gatherings, every corner reflects his thoughtful approach to life and heartfelt hospitality.
More than just a residence, this home serves as a living laboratory where he can be himself, ignite creativity, and forge deeper connections.
